What’s not to love about a free shirt? Let’s be real serious, we all get joy from a free shirt once in a while. If you work in a type of business that requires you to get a lot of free shirts, you give away a few, that’s true. But, there are occasions when you might get excited about it.
It’s one of those moments of excitement.
Rockford Art Deli is a beloved clothing store that regularly offers free screen prints in Illinois. The shirt pictured above is a design based on The MandalorianWhich one is not a Netflix show. (So please don’t bombard me with messages saying this article is fake. Be patient.)
Rockford Art Deli, also known as RAD, creates quite a buzz in town when the words “free print day” and the store’s name are used in the same sentence. There are also a few reasons for this.
RAD offers unique screen prints on shirts that customers bring into the store and they also sell a limited amount of plain shirts for just $10. You can’t even get this kind of deal on Amazon. Go ahead and seek, I challenge you.
Rockford Art Deli celebrates the return of Netflix’s most-watched show of 2019. What show is it?
If you know your pop culture, you know the answer is stranger things.
I might go on a limb, but this might be my favorite print of all RAD prints and I’m not even a big fan of the show.
RAD dropped that surprise with a few important notes:
Free Print Day: June 18
Pre-orders are available until June 12.
$10 blanks on sale in limited sizes, colors and quantities at the event.
The ink on the day of the free print will be black, so choose your shirt color accordingly.
