Current President and CEO Takes on New Responsibilities, CFO and Permanent Sun-Maid Leader Braden Bender to Take Over as Interim President

FRESNO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sun-Maid Growers of California today announced that Harry Overly, President and Chief Executive Officer, will transition to the new role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors as he assumes new responsibilities outside the company, effective September 14, 2022. Braden Bender, current CFO of Sun-Maid, will be named interim president as Overly works with the board to conduct an executive search and finalize the company’s CEO succession plan.
